Our riding area lies on the most western part of Balaton highlands in the Tapolca-basin, which is one of the most beautiful and varied landscape of Hungary.

Its geological values are the volcanic hills: Badacsony, Gulács, Tóti-hill, Csobánc, Haláp, Véndek-hill, Szent György-hill and the hills of Szigliget.

Gyulakeszi is located in this area surrounded by volcanic hills right at the foot of Csobánc-hill in the mouth of Káli-basin. Its location gives outstanding opportunities to the nature loving people and those who are keen on horse riding.

Beside riding several programs in the surrounding villages are waiting for the horse riders and their companies; Lake Balaton is located 10 km from Gyulakeszi, in Tapolca the Mill-lake and the Tavas cake can be seen, Diszel gives home for the First Hungarian Spectacle House, in Balatonederics you can find the Africa Museum, and in Hévíz, the world famous spa.
